November 2, 2018 – A woman was injured in a pedestrian accident on Montgomery Drive, according to the Press Democrat.

As per the article, Lisa MacDevitt said she shooed a mother duck and ducklings off of Montgomery near Spring Lake. Then, a vehicle passing in the area struck MacDevitt, for reasons still under investigation. The impact reportedly overthrown the woman onto the ground, where she was found by Good Samaritan.
