Livermore: Deadly Motorcycle Accident on Mines Road, March 12Rider Killed in Collision on Mines Road Saturday

Livermore, CA (March 12, 2022) – A motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Mines Road Saturday afternoon, according to the Mercury News.

Earlier reports indicated the rider collided with a Jeep Wrangler in the are near the 4462 block of Mines Road in unincorporated Alameda County; just south of downtown Livermore. The catastrophic incident took place at about 1:30 p.m.

Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Livermore, March 12

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found the motorcyclist ejected onto the ground. Responding paramedics rushed the patient to Eden Medical Center. Sadly, the rider succumbed to their injuries and died at the hospital. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the deadly accident on Mines Road.
