LIVERMORE, California (March 29, 2016) – According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, a major injury 2-vehicle collision took place in the area of Manning and Highland roads on Tuesday evening.
The crash involving a champagne Dodge pickup truck and a silver Lexus 4-door occurred shortly before 7:30 p.m.
As per incident log, a person was found trapped in one of the vehicles involved. Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated the occupant from the car.
At least one party was confirmed to have been seriously injured in the accident.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision. Liability will soon be determined.
