1 Trapped, Injured in Traffic Collision on Interstate 580 Monday
Livermore, CA (June 7, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a truck accident on Interstate 580 Monday evening, the CBS News reported.
Our sources indicated a 53-foot tractor trailer overturned for an unknown reason in the westbound side of I-580 near 205 Freeway interchange.
According to the article published online, the tractor trailer leaked about 20 gallons of fuel onto the roadway. Firefighters responded to the crash site and assisted with the cleanup.

Meanwhile, rescue teams reportedly extricated one passenger trapped in the wreckage. The victim was found trying to kick out the window. After emergency crews freed the man, they treated him for unspecified injuries.
