LOMA LINDA, California (February 18, 2016) — A semi-tractor trailer truck jackknifed Thursday morning in a crash on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just west of Tennessee Street, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at 3:06 a.m. when the truck went off the right shoulder embankment and landed on its passenger side. Witnesses told authorities the driver was still in the vehicle and appears to be injured. A gray BMW also crashed into the center divider, but the report doesn’t indicate if the two vehicles collided with one another.
Paramedics responded and transported someone with minor injuries to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.
