Pedestrian Killed, 3 Others Injured in Lompoc Crash on Cypress Avenue
LOMPOC (December 8, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed and three others were injured after a traffic accident along Cypress Avenue on Friday, according to Noozhawk.
The collision was reported shortly after 5 p.m. in the 300 block of West Cypress Avenue.
As per the article, Santa Barbara County Fire Department said four pedestrians were struck by a vehicle for an unknown reason on Cypress near South J Street.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and determined that all four victims were as a result of the crash.

One pedestrian was immediately taken to a hospital where the person later died.
The other three patients were also hospitalized with injuries ranging from minor to moderate degree. The names of the deceased and injured parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, the report did not specify whether or not the driver of the car involved stopped after hitting the pedestrians. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
