In this case, there are several questions that need to be resolved in order to determine the cause of the crash. Was the driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs a factor? Did excessive speed or distracted driving play a role? Why did the driver of the Toyota 4Runner veer into oncoming traffic? Was that motorist reckless or negligent at some point?
Pending the results and findings of the investigation for this collision, the man driving the locksmith van will possess the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party. The claim will include the compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost income, property damage and pain and suffering.
