Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Vehicle on Pacific Avenue
LONG BEACH (July 28, 2018) – On July 27, Friday, a pedestrian was allegedly intentionally hit by a vehicle on Pacific Avenue.
According to the Press Telegram, an unidentified person was walking near the 1400 block of Pacific Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle at about 9:40 p.m.

First responders reportedly rushed the victim to a local hospital, where he was sadly pronounced deceased. At this time, the name of the fatality remained undisclosed pending notification of next of kin.
Primary reports indicated the driver involved fled the scene before police arrived. As per the article, homicide detectives are investigating the crash as an intentional act due to suspicious circumstances, but the motive is not yet known.
