Pedestrian Killed in Long Beach Crash Near Santa Fe Avenue and Hill Street
LONG BEACH (May 11, 2020) – A traffic collision killed a pedestrian in the area of Santa Fe Avenue and Hill Street on Monday evening.
According to an article published by The Press Telegram, the fatal accident involving two vehicles took place on May 11 at about 6:40 p.m.
Police said a female pedestrian was reportedly in a crosswalk near the intersection of Santa Fe Avenue and Hill Street when the crash occurred.

The Long Beach Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the site and pronounced the woman in her 30s dead at the scene.
Medical personnel also transported two occupants, one from a minivan and a Lexus sedan involved, to a hospital for treatment. They listed one patient, a man in his late 20s or early 30s, in critical condition.
The names of the deceased and wounded victims have not been yet released. Meanwhile, officers did not specify how the pedestrian was struck and if one of the drivers ran a red light and caused the collision.
