
Pedestrian Badly Injured in Car Accident on PCH
LONG BEACH, Calif. (March 27, 2023) – A Long Beach pedestrian accident happened Sunday night at Pacific Coast Highway and Second Street near the Long Beach Marina.
The car accident occurred around 9:07 p.m. on Sunday, March 26th at the Long Beach intersection, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The report did not mention what led up to the collision at this time, but Long Beach Fire Department paramedics responded and located the injured man.
They transported the man to a hospital and he remains there in critical condition, police said.
Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle stopped and remained at the scene where they were questioned by authorities about what happened.
Police closed down the intersection and conducted an investigation into the cause of the crash and liability.
