Liability for Accidents
After police complete their investigation into an accident and determine fault, it’s up to anyone who is hurt to take steps to obtain financial compensation for their losses. If there is a fatality, a family member will need to file a claim. Those who are injured may need ongoing medical care such as physical therapy to get better. Whether it’s medical bills or lost time off work, the aftermath of a traffic accident can be costly and if it’s not your fault the other side should pay? Well yes, technically, but will they pay the full amount that you are owed? That depends on whether you attempt to negotiate with the insurance company yourself or you hire an experienced attorney to go to bat for you. Johnson Attorneys Group has skilled negotiators who will make sure you get fully compensated for all of your losses. Call us for a free consultation at 800-235-6801.
