One Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in South Los Angeles Neighborhood

 LOS ANGELES: 2-Vehicle Fatal Crash at Slauson and Normandie avenuesLOS ANGELES, Calif. (Oct. 1, 2020) – Kennidi Harris, 19, died and two were injured Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Slauson Avenue in the Harvard Park section of Los Angeles.

The fatal crash, which involved a BMW and a Nissan, took place about 1 a.m. at Slauson Avenue and Normandie avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The teenager was a passenger in a car that was allegedly speeding and struck a light pole. She was identified by the Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner.

The cause of the traffic accident remains under investigation by the LAPD to determine fault.
