LOS ANGELES, California (July 25, 2016) –-Six people were injured early Sunday morning in a collision between two motorists at the intersection of West 3rd Street and South Hoover Avenue, according to a report by the Los Angeles Fire Department and On Scene TV.

The 3:15 a.m. crash left six people with injuries including three people with major trauma and three in stable condition. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extricate three of the victims who were trapped in the wreckage.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Traffic Bureau is heading up the investigation into the crash to determine liability.
