1 Seriously Injured in Los Angeles car Crash on 10 Freeway Near La Cienega
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 6, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash on the 10 Freeway near La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Multiple vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Los Angeles. They crashed on the eastbound side of the 10 Freeway, just south of La Cienega Boulevard.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place late Wednesday night. Officers reported the accident at about 10:40 p.m.
Several Vehicles Collide
One of the cars involved, a blue Honda Civic, slammed into the center divider. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They then found one unresponsive person inside the wreckage. The victim ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took the patient to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the eastbound lanes of the 10 Freeway to shut down near La Cienega following the car collision. The cause of the Los Angeles crash is still under investigation.
