LOS ANGELES, California (March 28, 2017) – One was hospitalized after a traffic collision early Tuesday morning on West Gage Avenue, according to onscenevideo.tv.
The accident was reported at 1:46 a.m. in the Florence-Firestone neighborhood.
As per onscenevideo.tv, two vehicles collided on Gage Avenue. One of the cars involved sheared a hydrant located in the area and caused about 50 feet geyser. Los Angeles Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated one occupant who was initially trapped in the wreckage.
The patient was then taken to a local hospital with unspecified injuries. The name and condition of the victim at this time remained unknown.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
