Deputy, Civilian Injured in Collision at The Old Road and Highway 126 Friday
Los Angeles, CA (April 2, 2021) – Two people, including a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy, suffered injuries following a car crash on The Old Road.
The Santa Clarita Valley News reported two vehicles collided near the intersection of The Old Road and Highway 126. Officials received calls on the incident around 1:30 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found a deputy involved in the crash. However, it remained unclear whether the officer was driving a marked patrol vehicle or a private car. Officials mentioned the man behind the wheel of the other vehicle was a civilian.

Paramedics rendered aid to the two drivers. Pending confirmation, the names of the injured parties and the extent of their trauma remained undisclosed.
Additional details on the wreck have not been revealed thus far. At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car crash on The Old Road in Los Angeles.
