Bicyclist, 11, Injured in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run on 121st Street Near Main Street
LOS ANGELES (December 6, 2019) – A child bicyclist was injured after an alleged hit-and-run accident along 121st Street Friday night.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident was reported at about 8:24 p.m. at the location of 128 East 121st Street.
According to the report log, an 11-year-old child was riding a bicycle on 121st Street near South Main Street when for an unknown reason a vehicle struck the victim.

Los Angeles County Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and provided initial treatment to the rider who suffered unspecified injuries upon impact.
CHP did not mention if the young cyclist was transported to the hospital for further aid. The condition of the patient was not immediately released.
Meanwhile, officers affirmed that the driver of the car involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area. Authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to locate the hit-and-run motorist.
