
8 Injured in Los Angeles Crash at La Brea and San Vicente
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 30, 2023) – Several were injured after a crash at La Brea Avenue and San Vicente Boulevard in Los Angeles.
According to a report published by On Scene TV, the accident took place early Saturday. Officers responded to the wreck on April 29 at about 2:06 a.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city.
The cars crashed at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and San Vicente Boulevard. One of them then slammed into a fire hydrant in the area.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters arrived at the scene and found a total of eight people hurt. One person sustained life-threatening injuries and four others survived with minor injuries.
Paramedics rushed the five victims to a hospital and listed one of them in critical condition. Medical personnel treated the other three patients at the site and soon released them.
The report did not disclose the names of all the wounded parties. Meanwhile, police forced the corner of La Brea and San Vicente to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the Los Angeles crash is still under investigation.
