Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near South Broadway Thursday
Los Angeles, CA (March 10, 2022) – A pedestrian died following a suspected hit-and-run collision that occurred on West 93rd Street.
The KTLA5 News reported a vehicle struck an individual in the area of Broadway-Manchester Thursday evening. According to the article published online, the horrible crash took place in the 200 block of West 93rd Street near South Broadway.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the accident scene. First responders found the pedestrian lying on ground. Despite life-saving measures performed by paramedics, the victim sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the fatal victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Authorities later confirmed the driver involved in the catastrophic incident fled the scene. Investigators believed the hit-and-run suspect was driving a blue SUV, and last seen heading south on Broadway.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the deadly accident on 93rd Street in Los Angeles.
