Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man Near 101 Freeway
Los Angeles, CA (September 18, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred early Sunday on the Interstate 110 Freeway.
According to KTLA News, a vehicle struck a man walking for an unknown reason along I-110 in downtown Los Angeles. Earlier reports indicated the horrible crash took place in the area just south of the 101 Freeway.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident on 110 Freeway in Downtown Los Angeles
Emergency crews arrived at the accident scene shortly after 4 a.m. Responding paramedics immediately attended to the victim found lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures performed by medical personnel, the pedestrian sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the deadly accident that happened on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles.
