Los Angeles: Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Harbor (110) Freeway

Man Hit and Killed by Vehicle Near West Adams Boulevard

Los Angeles, CA (October 16, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred Sunday on the Interstate 110, also known as Harbor Freeway, the CBS News reported.

Our sources indicated officers received a call about a body found lying in the carpool lane of the southbound I-110. Shortly after 5:05 a.m., emergency crews responded to the freeway near West Adams Boulevard.

Medical personnel said they found the person on the ground suffering in injuries. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Investigators believed the a vehicle struck and killed the pedestrian. However, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the unfortunate event.

At this time, detectives continue to work to determine exactly how and why the deadly pedestrian accident happened on Harbor (110) Freeway in West Adams area.
