1 Seriously Injured in Los Angeles Rollover Crash at Avalon Boulevard and 139th Street
LOS ANGELES (February 15, 2020) – At least one was seriously injured after an alleged DUI crash in the area of Avalon Boulevard and 139th Street early Saturday.
A California Highway Patrol dispatch indicated that two sedans, colored white and gray respectively, collided at the intersection of Avalon Boulevard and East 139th Street.
One of the cars involved rolled over and ended up on its roof as a result of the collision. Officers received a call about accident at around 1:44 a.m.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to one person who suffered major injuries following the wreck.
Medical personnel then transported the patient to the hospital for treatment. The name and condition of the wounded party at this time were not available.
Meanwhile, CHP determined that one driver was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs when the incident occurred. Officers ultimately arrested the motorist on suspicion of DUI.
Authorities are still investigating the collision.
