According to the CBS Los Angeles and ABC 7 News, the accident took place early Friday. Officers reported the wreck on May 12 at around 2:20 a.m.
The incident began when a 2022 Honda sedan was going north on the 110 Freeway near Century Boulevard in Los Angeles. The Honda then slammed into an L.A. Sanitation garbage truck.
