Suspect Arrested After Collision at Mission Boulevard and Parcels Street Saturday
Los Angeles, CA (February 5, 2022) – Police took a man into custody following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Mission Boulevard and Parcels Street Friday.
According to an article published online by My News LA, a vehicle driven by a Pomona Police Department officer collided with another car at the intersection in Los Angeles. The force from the impact caused both automobiles to careen off the roadway and plow into a nearby building.
The car crash took place shortly before midnight.
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to the officer and the other driver. During the evaluation, paramedics said the other driver showed signs of intoxication. Police then arrested the suspect on felony DUI.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the condition after the incident of the Pomona Police Department officer.
Further investigation is underway on the accident at Mission Boulevard and Parcels Street.
