2 Killed in Traffic Collision at 85th and Alameda Street Monday
Los Angeles, CA (July 27, 2021) – On July 26, Monday, two people died following a car accident that occurred in the area of 85th and Alameda Street.
The NBC News reported a passenger vehicle collided with a big rig at the intersection in South Los Angeles. At this time, the make and model of the passenger vehicle involved in the unfortunate event have not been revealed thus far.
Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 10 p.m. First responders found the smaller vehicle partially wedged underneath the truck.
Double Fatal Car Accident in Los Angeles, July 26
Paramedics sadly pronounced one person dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the other person was reportedly taken to a hospital in critical condition. The second party sadly succumbed to their injuries and also died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the names of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Detectives stayed at the site to investigate the precise cause of the fatal car accident at 85th and Alameda Street.
