1 Killed in Los Angeles Crash at Central and Florence Avenues
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 11, 2021) – At least one was killed after a car crash at Central and Florence avenues in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the tragic accident occurred late Sunday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 10:52 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of South Central and East Florence avenues in Los Angeles.
Car Plows Into Wells Fargo Bank
One car then plowed into the Wells Fargo Bank in the area. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene in the Florence-Graham neighborhood.
Medical personnel confirmed that one person died as a result of the collision. The name of the deceased individual has not ben yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Officials did not if mention any other party sustained injuries upon impact. Meanwhile, officers forced the intersection of Central and Florence to close following the crash.
The cause of the fatal collision is still under investigation.
