1 Killed, 1 Injured in Los Angeles Crash Near Sunset Boulevard and Glenroy Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 1, 2021) – A motorcycle crash killed one person and injured another near Sunset Boulevard and Glenroy Avenue in Los Angeles.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident occurred on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 2:15 p.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said a vehicle and a motorcycle collided for an unknown reason. The two crashed near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Glenroy Avenue.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide Near UCLA
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the UCLA. They found two people who ended up suffering from unspecified as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed them to a hospital, where one of them died. They described that person as the motorcyclist involved in the incident.
The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released. Meanwhile, officials forced the area of Sunset Boulevard and Glenroy Avenue to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Los Angeles crash is still under investigation.
