1 Injured in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Crash on 110 Freeway Near Stadium Way
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 7, 2021) – At least one was injured after a hit-and-run crash on the 110 Freeway near Stadium Way in Los Angeles.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Wednesday night. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at around 10:18 pm.
The incident happened on October 6 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Los Angeles. They crashed on the southbound 110 Freeway, just north of Stadium Way.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found one person hurt. The patient sustained unspecified injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the victim at the site. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that a driver involved did not stop to help and fled the area. The cause of the Los Angeles hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced the southbound lanes of the 110 Freeway to shut down near Stadium following the wreck.
