2 Juveniles Injured in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Crash at 50th Street and Main Street

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 23, 2020) – An alleged hit-and-run crash injured two juveniles at 50th Street and Main Street in South Los Angeles.

According to an article published by My News LA, the traffic accident occurred on Monday evening. It happened near the South Park Recreation Center.

Police identified the two juveniles as the victims of the collision at the intersection of 50th and Main streets. Both ended up hurt as a result of the incident.

Driver Flees Scene After Accident Near South Park Recreation Center

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and rushed them to the hospital for treatment. One of them suffered life-threatening injuries upon impact.

The condition of the young patients were not released. Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver did not stop to render aid and then fled the area.

Officers described the suspect car as a 4-door Honda which sustained front-end damage following the crash. Authorities are still searching for the hit-and-run motorist.
