At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Harbor Freeway Tuesday
Los Angeles, CA (December 16, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred on Interstate 110, also known as Harbor Freeway.
Initial records indicated two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the freeway near W Gage Avenue. Preliminary investigation revealed a vehicle of unknown make and model caused a Toyota Prius make a sudden turning movement. Officials said the Prius ended up crashing into the center divider of I-110.
Shortly after 10:30 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the accident scene. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained injuries as a result of the wreck.

The California Highway Patrol group reported the other vehicle involved in the mishap fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
