Major Accident on Hollywood Freeway
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (August 21, 2019) — Six vehicles were involved in a crash in Los Angeles on the Hollywood 101 Freeway and Victory Boulevard.
The collision took place at 12:07 PM, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
A gold pickup truck with a trailer attached jackknifed on the freeway blocking all lanes. Vehicles were swerving out of the way and there was a big oil spill in the road. Vehicles were sliding in the oil, crashing into one another. In the end, six vehicles had crashed and stopped traffic. There also was a big rig involved with a large amount of oil underneath the rig.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating this incident.
