Pedestrian Hit by Car in Los Angeles at Central and Gage
LOS ANGELES (September 25, 2018) – A traffic collision involving a pedestrian occurred in the area of South Central and East Gage avenues on Tuesday afternoon, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
The accident was reported at about 2:56 p.m.
CHP first logged the incident when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Central and Gage avenues.
Los Angeles Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the victim who possibly suffered injuries as a result of the crash.
Meanwhile, it was not specified in the report whether or not the driver of the car involved stopped after hitting the pedestrian. Authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to determine what exactly caused the collision.
