Rider Injured in Collision at 7th Street and Maple Avenue
Los Angeles, CA (May 22, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of 7th Street and Maple Avenue.
Metro Bus vs. Scooter Rider in Los Angeles
According to My News LA, a man riding a scooter collided with a Metro bus at the intersection in downtown Los Angeles. Earlier reports indicated the accident took place Saturday evening.
Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 6:40 p.m. Responding paramedics immediate rendered aid to the rider found complaining of pain. Due to the condition of the victim, an ambulance transported the patient to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation. The name of the injured scooter rider, and the extent of their injuries have not been revealed thus far.
Meanwhile, the Metro bus driver appeared unharmed after the incident.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine several unclear factors surrounding the traffic accident at 7th Street and Maple Avenue.
