3-Vehicle Collision on Volta Road
LOS BANOS, Calif. (August 22, 2024) — A multi-vehicle car accident on Volta Road and Ramos Road happened Thursday morning in Los Banos.
The three-vehicle collision was reported at 5:18 a.m. on August 22nd to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report a white pickup truck and two other vehicles were involved.
Cal Fire firefighters responded and located one person trapped in a vehicle with minor injuries who was extricated at the scene. They transported at least one person to a hospital.
Two tow trucks came to remove damaged vehicles that were blocking the north and southbound lanes of Volta Road. A third vehicle was off the road near the bridge.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the car accident on Volta Road in Los Banos.
