Minor-Injury Crash on State Route 17 at Summit Road
LOS GATOS, Calif. (June 7, 2018) — At least one person was injured and required medical attention following a collision between two vehicles today on the northbound state Route 17 at Summit Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 9:47 a.m. in the No. 1 lane of the freeway. The occupants in the 2007 Toyota Avalon were hurt and also suffered minor seat belt injuries. They were treated at the scene by arriving paramedics, but it’s unknown if they were taken to hospital or not. The other motorist involved was either a white minivan or a utility truck.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the CHP.

Police are investigating this collision to determine which driver is at fault. There were injuries involved and an ambulance was called to the scene so there could be significant medical costs and damage to vehicles.
