Bicycle Rider Injured in Car Accident Near Saratoga-Los Gatos Road
LOS GATOS, Calif. (Feb. 27, 2024) — A driver struck a bicycle rider Tuesday morning in a car accident on Daves Avenue and Eucalyptus Drive in Los Gatos.
The traffic accident occurred at around 8:12 a.m. on Feb. 27th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
CHP officials reported a driver in a red Volvo struck the bicyclist due to unknown circumstances, just east of Highway 9 or Saratoga-Los Gatos Road.
Paramedics from the Los Gatos Fire Department responded to the scene with an ambulance to transport the injured bicycle rider to a hospital.
The case remains under investigation.
