Lost Hills Accident Investigation
A full investigation into this accident is underway by police to determine liability. Police will seek to determine whether speed or distractions could be factors and who had the right-of-way. Typically it’s the pedestrian and the driver is required to yield the right-of-way.
An injured person may be compensated for all the medical expenses, lost wages, property damage and more. However, it’s unlikely the insurance company will pay the full amount owed without a fight.
