1 Injured in Lower Lake Crash at Highway 29 and C Street
LOWER LAKE, CA (May 10, 2021) – At least one was hospitalized after a car crash at Highway 29 and C Street in Lower Lake.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident occurred on Monday morning. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 11 a.m.
According to their report log, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Lower Lake. They crashed at the intersection of Highway 29 and C Street.
Car Collision in Lower Lake Monday
CHP described the cars involved as a black Prius and a white Dodge truck with a trailer. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene.
Medical personnel found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced Highway 29 at C Street to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Lowerlake crash.
