Lucas Bermudez ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with Big Rig Truck
PASADENA, Calif. (May 29, 2018) – Lucas Bermudez, 27, of Pasadena, was killed in a collision with a semi on the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision took place about 9:36 p.m. on Monday night at Mountain Street, CHP officials said.
Unfortunately, the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police issued a SigAlert at 9:52 p.m. for all westbound lanes at Mountain Street and it was called off just after 1 a.m.
Fatal Accident Investigation
Police are investigating this collision to determine fault. At this time, it is unknown which driver is responsible for this motorcyclist’s death. Hopefully there are also witnesses who can help authorities figure out the sequence of events that led to the crash.
