Head-on Crash Highway 247 in Lucerne Valley
LUCERNE VALLEY, Calif. (July 12, 2021) — A Lucerne Valley fatal crash on Highway 247 also known as Old Woman Springs Road happened on Monday morning.
The two-vehicle, head-on crash happened at 9:51 a.m. at Medanos Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities report a Dodge Dart and a full-size Ford F-250 pickup truck collided due to unknown reasons. One of the vehicles veered into the path of the other motorist due to unknown circumstances.
Fatal Crash Old Woman Springs Road
It’s unknown how many were injured in the crash, but at least one person died. The name of the person or people who died will be released after family members are notified about what happened.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both of the involved vehicle from the Lucerne Valley fatal crash site.
