Rider Hospitalized After Collision at Camp Rock and Rabbit Springs Road
Lucerne Valley, CA (May 6, 2022) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of Camp Rock and Rabbit Springs Road, according to Victor Valley News Group.
Semi vs. Motorcycle Crash in Lucerne Valley
Officials said a man riding a Yamaha motorbike was seen traveling recklessly in the streets of Lucerne Valley. When the motorcyclist approached the intersection of Camp Rock and Rabbit Springs Road, it reportedly crashed into a semi truck.
The collision took place Thursday at about 2:35 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found the rider bleeding heavily. The San Bernardino County Fire personnel requested a helicopter to land at Pioneer Park. The air ambulance transported the 75-year-old male patient to a Loma Linda Medical Center for further treatment and evaluation. Pending confirmation, the name of the injured motorcyclist remained unclear.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the accident happened at Camp Rock and Rabbit Springs Road.
