Fatal Crash Interstate 15 Freeway in Apple Valley
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (May 11, 2022) — Lucio Parada-Becerra, 70, of Las Vegas, died Sunday in a collision on the Interstate 15 Freeway near the Wild Wash Road on ramp in Apple Valley.
The deadly crash happened about 6:58 a.m. on May 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.’
CHP officers responded to the southbound side of the I-15 freeway. They located a driver and passenger, Lucio Parada-Becerra.
Despite efforts by arriving paramedics, the Las Vegas man was pronounced deceased at the scene at 7:45 a.m.
Witnesses or anyone with further information about the collision may contact the California Highway Patrol.
