Fatal Pedestrian Accident on 210 Freeway

PASADENA, Calif. (Jan. 1, 2018) — Luis Cruz, 24, was killed in a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 210 Foothill Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash took place about 1 a.m. at Fair Oaks Avenue.

The victim was struck multiple times by motorists including a 2005 Dodge. Police issued a SigAlert and closed down the westbound lanes of the freeway at Fair Oaks Avenue.

Witnesses are asked to contact the CHP’s Altadena office at (626) 296-8100.
