There are many steps that should be taken following a collision involving a possible wrongful death. Once police have confirmed who the responsible driver is, a report should be obtained and family members. This information will help them to begin pursing a claim. There are certainly many financial losses that can impact a family such as medical bills, but also compensation for pain and suffering may be sought.
