Lynne White, 74, Victim in Head-on Collision
DATE OF COLLISION: Friday, July 20th
July 23, 2018- According to the East Bay Time, Lynne White, 74, of Brentwood, has been identified as the woman fatally injured following a head-on crash over the weekend on Highway 113.
According to police officials, the accident which involved a Kia SUV and a Mini Cooper occurred at 5:00 p.m.
Authorities have concluded that the driver of the Mini Cooper who remains unidentified had been headed northbound before veering into southbound lanes into the line of Lynne White driving the Kia.
The collision tragically left the 74-year-old Brentwood woman dead as she was pronounced at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Mini Cooper also sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced at the scene as well.
CHP officials are currently investigating and have no issued a statement in regards to whether or not drugs or alcohol were contributing factors.
