1 Killed, 5 Injured in Lynwood Crash on 105 Freeway Near Long Beach Boulevard
LYNWOOD, CA (November 13, 2021) – A car crash killed one person and injured several others on the 105 Freeway in Lynwood.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident took place on Saturday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:40 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol said at least two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Lynwood. They crashed on the eastbound 105 Freeway, just east of Long Beach Boulevard.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and pronounced one party dead at the scene. A total of five other people ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took the patients to area hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries. The names of the deceased and wounded victims have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the carpool and No. 1 lanes of the eastbound 105 Freeway at Long Beach to shut down for two hours following the wreck. The cause of the fatal Lynwood crash is still under investigation.
