Minor Injury Crash on Road 406 in Madera
MADERA, Calif. (Oct. 5, 2023) — A minor injury Madera car accident happened Thursday at Road 406, just north of Road 209 between a car and an SUV.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 12:24 p.m. on Oct. 5th, just west of the closed, Madera Quarry, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white Toyota SUV and a white Honda Accord were involved. The airbags were deployed in one of the vehicles, but the driver still hit their head during the crash.
The Madera Fire Department responded to help those injured in the crash, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Tow trucks removed both of the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Madera accident on Road 406.
