2 Injured in Collision Between Storey Road and Road 29
Madera, CA (May 26, 2023) – Two people suffered injuries following car accident that occurred on State Route Highway 145 Tuesday, May 23.
According to Your Central Valley, a collision between two took place on the highway between Storey Road and Road 29. Earlier reports indicated the wreck involved a GMC pick-up truck and a Ford pickup. the force from the impact left both cars disabled on the right shoulder westbound side of SR-145.
Major Traffic Accident on Highway 145 in Madera
Our sources indicated the crash resulted in injuries to the driver and passenger of the GMC. Shortly after 1 p.m., a helicopter landed near the scene and airlifted the injured male driver to a local hospital. An ambulance also transported the injured female passenger to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the occupants in the Ford appeared unharmed after the collision.
Detective handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the traffic accident that happened on Highway 145 in Madera.
