Two-Vehicle Crash on Mount Emma Road in Palmdale Area
PALMDALE, Calif. (Oct. 26, 2022) — A major injury crash at Angeles Forest Highway and Mount Emma Road happened Wednesday morning just south of Palmdale in Los Angeles County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 7 a.m. on Oct. 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white Nissan Maxima and a gray Honda Civic are involved. One of the vehicles caught on fire following the collision.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to put out the fire and assist those injured. An ambulance transported at least one person to a hospital.
Meanwhile, both vehicles required tow trucks to remove them from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash.
