Plumas County Crash Investigation
Police are reviewing the circumstances that caused this collision in an effort to determine liability.
In a case such as this one, a person who is hurt may recover their financial losses if the other motorist is responsible. There are often medical expenses, lost wages, property damage and other costs to a victim including pain and suffering compensation. It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed.
